WHY ME?

I have spent the better part of my adult life in a gym environment.  I tried many other career paths until realizing that fitness was my passion and that I can make a living helping others get on the right path toward physical wellness.  As with anything else in my life, I focused all my attention to the education, preparation, & experience needed to become a certified teacher and trainer with the utmost professionalism and dedication that my clients deserve.
